Responsibilities
Basic Purpose:
Working in concert with the Client Engagement members within the POD the Client Engagement Representative is responsible for coordinating 1,000-2,000 Health and Wellness Events annually in a manner that exceeds customer expectations and meets both direct and reseller client Service Level Agreements.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Use organizational event planning skills to coordinate multiple projects and to produce the required event-related deliverables by the established deadlines.
Maintains internal and external client and examiner relationships and, as required, assist with implementation of innovative and custom delivery models.
Arranges for staffing, confirms attendance of scheduled examiners, supplies examiner training documents, , assist with program set up in Apex and subsequent documents, manage clinic changes, request and track deliver of necessary clinic supplies, tracking delivery of PHI, approval of subcontractor PO's, and monitors the success of the event.
Provide excellent customer service by taking ownership of event related deliverables
Identifies and escalates issues as appropriate if unable to resolve directly
Ensures proper staffing levels are being requested
Creates Pick Lists to ensure sufficient supplies are ordered
Assist in investigations and help to identify the root problem of issues and provide complete resolution to Client Engagement and aids in creation of Corrective Action Plans to internal and external customers when issues arise.
Provides support for accounts that require creative event delivery solutions and monitoring of ongoing service needs.
Help define and execute Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) as needed.
May perform other related duties as required by management.

Qualifications:
Education Preferred: High school or GED; Associates Degree preferred
Work Experience: 1-2 years of relevant work experience OR 3 years of equivalent work experience in a relevant position.
1-3 years customer service or administrative experience preferred
Other: Ability to multi-task, prioritize responsibilities and manage time accordingly.
Highly organized, attention to detail, and excellent work ethic
Demonstrated ability to make independent decisions that meet customer needs
Demonstrated ability to complete projects requiring event planning
Clear and concise verbal and written skills
Team oriented. Proven ability to work collaboratively
Ability to manage conflicts and implement resolutions for successful outcomes.
Self-starting with a proven ability to work independently and prioritize time.
Fully competent in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
