Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of CNC machining equipment, mills, lathes, grinders, heat treat equipment, hot forging, cold forging, and magnesium phosphate machines. This role involves a combination of mechanical and electrical repairs, including preventative and reactive maintenance. You will work with 480 Volt, Three Phase, Motors, and Wiring, as well as perform PLC troubleshooting. You will split your time evenly between mechanical and electrical tasks.
Responsibilities
Perform mechanical repairs including replacing ball screws, bearings, celloids, hydraulic and pneumatic components, rebuilding loaders in CNC machines, repairing conveyors, chip processors, fabricating, replacing belts, repairing oil leaks, and spindle repairs.
Conduct electrical repairs including fixing celloids, limit switches, sensors, and PLC troubleshooting.
Execute an effective preventative maintenance program.
Work with 480 Volt, Three Phase, Motors, and Wiring.
Operate and maintain various machinery such as lathes, mills, conveyors, grinders, CNC machines, stamping, injection molding, hobber, and shaver.
Work with robotics and PLC systems, specifically Allen Bradley and Mitsubishi.
Ensure machinery operates efficiently and safely.
Essential Skills
3 years of industrial maintenance experience.
Mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting skills, including hydraulics and pneumatics.
Electrical maintenance and troubleshooting skills, including experience with 480 Volt, Three Phase, Motors, and Wiring.
Proficiency in PLC troubleshooting (Programmable Logic Controller).
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with CNC machines.
Strong understanding of industrial and electrical maintenance.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent troubleshooting skills.

Work Environment
You will be working in an automotive company. The environment is fast-paced and can become very hot in the summer. The facility is approximately 600,000 square feet, housing around 140 machines and employing roughly 400 people across 3 shifts.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $41000.00 - $72800.00/yr.
