Job Title: Plex Business Systems Analyst II
Department: Information Technology
Summary: Works with user groups, functional managers, development teams, and project teams to identify design enhancements and systems configuration opportunities, and to improve the utilization of business applications.
Solves organizational information problems by analyzing requirements and recommending system controls and protocols.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned
Support on functional aspect and help maintain custom components of Operation modules in Business system.
Assist other team members by performing technical development work related to operational module.
Implement Business systems solutions for operations area through providing functional designs.
Provide routine production support through business solutions.
Provides references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation; providing help desk support; training users.
Maintains system protocols by writing and updating procedures
Consults with department managers to develop system solutions consistent with organizational objectives.
Recommends controls by identifying problems; writing improved procedures
Monitors overall Business System effectiveness and recommends potential improvements.

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) or equivalent from four-year College or University and one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. An understanding of ERP and MRP systems is required

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
