What You'll Do:
* Embark on title examination adventures, from simple parcels to complex commercial properties
* Analyze a wide array of records, including mortgages, leases, liens, and more
* Play detective to resolve missing or contradictory information in title documentation
* Craft accurate title commitments and reports that stand up to scrutiny
* Leverage your expertise to provide underwriting interpretations
* Utilize cutting-edge online research tools to stay ahead of the game
What You'll Bring:
* 3-5+ years of Florida commercial title examination experience (this is crucial!)

Salary Range: $23.82 - $39.71 Hourly
