JOB PURPOSE:
This position is responsible for coordinating all facets of pricing factor implementation for Store Brand and Branded products, at the account level. Including executing data inputs, reviewing required forms, and reviewing audit reports to insure SOX compliance. Develop, review, and maintain pricing profiles for Store Brand and Branded. This position will also be responsible for calculating and providing impact analysis of price changes for Store Brand and Branded products at the account level. In addition, maintain Branded price list per the direction of the Branded Strategic Rev Manager. This position will collaborate and communicate with multiple levels within the Sales Operations organization. Including supporting Sales with pricing strategy analytics and reporting. Also provides guidance to the Sales Support Representatives.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Inputs and maintains factor information into SAP. Provide guidance and initiate change if information on the form does not make sense. Calculate and provide impact analysis for factor changes. Reviews and maintains pricing profile information in SalesForce. Completes documentation as required by Sarbanes-Oxley regulations. Works closely with Sales and Sales Support to effectively manage the pricing and factor process.
- Calculate and provide impact analysis for price changes.
- Proactively works on special projects that improve the efficiency of the department as well as projects directed by the Pricing Manager, Sales Operations Manager or Director, or VP of Sales.
- Develops and maintain prices in the price list table in SAP for all active branded products.
- Supports internal audit by providing monthly reports to ensure pricing accuracy.

- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience using business intelligence reporting tools and familiarity with SAP, SharePoint and other company internal systems preferred.
- Familiarity with the company’s processes, systems and data is required.
- Associates degree required, Bachelor’s degree preferred; directly comparable Perrigo work experience may be considered.
- Minimum 2 years finance/accounting background.
