The Financial Analysts Assistant role will assist the Financial Analyst to continually provide data compilations to complete financial reports using accounting software. This highly visible team member will need to work cooperatively with all Accounting Team members as well as other departments.
Position Details:
- Location: Onsite at our Corporate Office
- Shift: Full-time, non-exempt position; the hours will be 8:00am- 5:00pm (ET) Monday-Friday
- Wage: Starting at $18-20 per hour. Pay is commensurate with experience
- This position will work under the immediate supervision and guidance of the CPA
Essential Duties:
- Work in general ledgers and reconciliations daily.
- Will provide data compilations to complete financial analysis.
- Will work independently as well as within a team environment.
- Keep and maintain good document management.
- Provide company staff support as needed.
- Work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Proficiencies:?
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 software.
- Advanced level in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in Microsoft Access preferred.
- Be tech savvy and comfortable learning new accounting software.
- Must have strong math skills to analyze large quantities of complex data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time-management skills.
