Plumber
Annual Compensation ($USD): 78,096 to start, 86,776 after one (1) year of service.

A Brief Overview
The Plumber is responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing plumbing systems, fixtures and equipment. The Plumber will also respond to Airport emergencies and is part of a 24/7/365-day operation which will include: weekends and holidays.
What you will do
- Repairs and installs fixtures, trim, sinks, water closets, urinals, fire hydrants, underground irrigation and fire suppression
- Repairs and installs sanitary pumps, storm pumps and domestic water pumps
- Operates various equipment including but not limited to: hand and power tools, sewer jetting machine (jet rodder), power vacuum, etc.
- Layout and installation of piping, fixtures, and equipment
- Reads and follows blueprints to install or evaluate new/existing systems
- Performs preventive and predictive inspections of plumbing systems
- Responds to service calls, customer complaints, and emergency plumbing issues
- Performs other similar and related duties as required or directed
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Certificate of High School Equivalency
- 3 or more years of experience installing, maintaining and repairing plumbing systems, fixtures and equipment.
- A valid Driver's License and a safe, acceptable driving record.
- ST of MI Plumber Journeyman
