The Role
We are looking for a motivated .Net developer to join our BI Reporting Development Team to design, code, test and debug new software programs for our BI reporting applications. The successful candidate will work in a team that supports Willis Towers Watson Finance, HR and Marketing departments. The position is located in the Willis Towers Watson Philadelphia office, with other team members in London, Mumbai and Arlington, Va.

The successful candidate will have:
5+ years of software development experience
Experience with C#, .NET
Experience with Azure, NodeJS, Java is a plus
Experience with HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and object-oriented programming languages
Knowledge of Linux and Windows OS
Experience with browser-based web applications
Experience designing and building solutions in SQL Server or Cloud Data instances (SQL, AzureSQL, or Azure Synapse Analytics)
Experience using source control management tools such as GIT
Excellent organizational skills, multitasking ability and proven analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
Excellent verbal and writing skills, including the ability to research, design, and write new documentation, as well as to maintain and improve existing material
Experience working for a company requiring high application availability in a 24/7/365 model
Experience working with globally distributed development and analyst teams
Experience working in a large, fast-paced project environment
Strong work ethic is a must
Proactive: Must be willing to seek out information and solutions that are pertinent to their responsibilities and key to their delivery
Team player attitude with a focus on the success of the team
Must be able to work in a structured development environment and follow coding standards and SDLC
The Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field is required.
Minimum 5 years of strong experience in .Net development.
Solid track record in working with development team to deliver solutions within the defined project SDLC.
Compensation and benefits information for this position is being included in accordance with requirements of the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act. Please note that the salary range listed relate specifically to roles located in Colorado and that salary ranges for similar positions located in other Willis Towers Watson locations may vary. In addition, salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to individual competencies, education/professional certifications, experience and performance in the role.
Compensation
The hourly rate or salary compensation range being offered for this role is $95,000-$120,000.
This role is also eligible for an annual 15% bonus.
