Night Maintenance Position $15 per hour Full Time 40 hours Weekly
Full Time 5 Shifts per week.
Shifts are from 10 pm to 6 am, including weekends and some holidays.

Summary of Job: Maintain mechanical, plumbing, electrical, grounds and all physical components of the complex. Perform all work associated with repair and upkeep on the complex. Responsibilities:Responsible for night security, including locking and unlocking doors as necessary.Assist night staff with any mechanical, electrical or plumbing problems that might arise.Snow removal from front and back entry areas and all sidewalks in from parking triangle.Clean, vacuum and polish all floors, furniture and fixtures in central service area, including dining room, chapel, community room, employee lounge, toilet rooms and connecting corridors.Maintain all equipment used to perform the above duties.Dispose of garbage properly to maintain sanitary conditions.May be called upon to assist other departments in the moving and handling of large or heavy items. At times, standard shift will vary with days required to work, which could include weekends. Non-salaried employees may be expected to work overtime.
Qualifications: Previous on the job experience. Must have knowledge and skill in mechanical, plumbing and electrical areas. Ability to lift, bend, twist, climb ladders, crouch, squat, kneel, maintain awkward and uncomfortable positions for extended periods of time, spend long periods of time on your feet, walk, work in outdoor environments and reach above your head.Ability to frequently lift and/or move 75 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds.
