Tasks include:
- Use of Quick Books Online for accounts receivable, payables, payroll, and reporting
- Handling confidential and proprietary information
- Project management for administrative functions
- Government required record keeping
- Coordinate with the owners and chief operating officer on the needs of the company
- Possible travel, usually to competitive shooting events or seminars Minimum qualifications include:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Commensurate experience of 10 years would be considered with an Associate’s Degree
- Very good computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office and accounting software
- Ability to work independently and within a team and lead others
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to pass a background check
Additional qualifications of interest include:
- Familiarity with the firearms industry, in-particular precision rifle shooting
- Aptitude for dealing with complex issues
- Proven success in a fast-paced office environment
