Key Responsibilities and Essential Functions:
- Process all incoming consumer calls utilizing prepared scripts to respond to basic questions, assist with account payments, and provide information regarding potential payment plans.
- Review pre-litigation accounts to determine the appropriate path including further collection calling, initiating legal involvement, or place in No Action Intended status.
- Determine if alternate service methods may qualify for accounts where initial service was not successful.
- Assist with account payments and provide information regarding potential payment plans.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in relevant computer applications and technology in general

- Paid Holidays: Full Day (New Year’s Day, Labor Day, July 4th, Memorial Day, Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and the employee’s Birthday), Half Day (Good Friday). If a Holiday lands on a weekend, the office will celebrate the holiday on the Friday before or Monday after.
- Paid Time Off: 80 Hours front loaded at the beginning of the year, with 40 more hours being added on July 1!
