Kent City Plastics is looking for experienced plastics process technicians for 3rd shift. This role is responsible for setting and maintaining molds, troubleshooting the molding equipment, and supporting the machine operators.

What you'll do:
- Lend your process experience to provide training, and guidance the machine operators.
- Perform start-up and shut-down process for all molding work centers.
- Prepare and swap molds to minimize press downtime.
- Work with the maintenance director to schedule and perform preventative maintenance.
- Be an advocate for process improvement.
- Be open to helping wherever needed, flexibility leads to advancement!
What you'll need:
- Highschool diploma or equivalent.
- 4 years' experience in a plastics processing role.
- Basic computer and communication skills.
- A good attitude.
