Job Brief
Must have a driver's license and mechanically inclined.
The Field Service Technician is primarily responsible for performing all repairs and preventative maintenance of vending and food service equipment according to company standards and customer expectations. In addition, the Field Service Technician will be expected to assist in the preparation, staging, delivery, and installation of beverage equipment as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma.
Minimum one year experience in: Field service, installation, and/or refurbishment of beverage/vending equipment within a high volume distribution environment.
High attention to detail with the ability to present written information in a clear, concise, and legible format.
Must have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to read, write, and comprehend the English language.
Possess a valid Driver's License in good standing.
Must maintain a driving record in accordance with WP Beverages Vehicle Operator Policy.
Must be DIHLR certified for refrigeration or able to obtain certification within 90 days of employment.
Must have a good working knowledge of plumbing and carpentry.
Must know basic plumbing and health codes for pre/post equipment.
Above average knowledge of electricity and electrical systems.
Must be able to read and understand wire schematics and fluid flow diagrams.
Must be able to lift 75 lbs. from floor to waist.
