The EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT, reports to the BU President and will be located in our Plant 10 facility. Key responsibilities will include:
Perform a variety of complex and responsible administrative duties and projects.
Provides high level administrative support to BU President.
Works independently and in collaboration with others to manage and complete various projects.
Arranges and coordinates travel and meetings.
Develops itineraries and agendas.
Attends meetings as executive representative and reports on proceedings.
Prepares correspondence, reports, documents and spreadsheets.
Support the Commercial/Marketing group.
Support the corporate Finance group.
Possible travel once per quarter.
High school diploma or GED from an accredited instituion.
Minimum of five years related experience working with an executive or senior level manager.
Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint.
Ability to conduct responsibilities with minimal supervision.
Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
This position is subject to the International traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) which requires U.S. person status.
Associates Degree in an administrative professional curriculum from an accredited institution.
Must possess a high level of professionalism, discretion and business etiquette.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Proficient at Microsoft office and clerical responsibilities.
