Join us as our Inclusive Recruitment Program Manager and you'll get the opportunity to influence I&D through two of our most important levers for change: attraction and hiring. Responsibilities
Implement and further progress global I&D recruitment strategy including colleague-wide training and guidance in partnership with Global Recruitment Operations and Learning & Development teams
Help drive local I&D recruitment strategies in partnership with Regional Recruitment Directors and their recruitment teams
Regular reporting on global and regional I&D recruitment progress, including diversity of hires, I&D partnerships and initiatives
Partner with Inclusion and Diversity team to keep them updated on global and local I&D recruitment strategy progress, including I&D recruitment metrics, key milestones and challenges
Contribute to I&D accolade/award data gathering from a recruitment perspective
Partner with Recruitment Marketing Specialists to promote our I&D recruitment activity externally to bring to life this pillar of our employer brand (e.g. videos, blogs on careers site, social media etc)
Partner with the Recruitment Sourcing team to ensure appropriate messaging is being utilized to attract talent in order to build diverse talent pipelines
Manage global I&D recruitment partnerships (e.g. keep company profile up-to-date, project manage campaign/event involvement and review content)
Proactively look for ways to continuously improve and hold stakeholders accountable for their part in inclusive recruitment
The Requirements
You do not need a degree but ideally you will have most, if not all the requirements below:
Demonstrable passion and experience in inclusion and diversity in a large, complex, global organization (in recruitment specifically, an advantage)
Tenacity and project management skills to see global and local strategies through to real-life implementation and measurement
Balance of vision and pragmatism: seek best practice and break it down into tangible, achievable goals appropriate for the organization
Strong influencing and communication skills to keep stakeholders accountable, make real change happen and shout about it
Seamless ability to work with a wide range of teams across various geographies, leadership levels and lines of business and draw connections between activities to maximize impact

Compensation and benefits information for this position is being included in accordance with requirements of the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act. Please note that the salary range listed relate specifically to roles located in Colorado and that salary ranges for similar positions located in other Willis Towers Watson locations may vary. In addition, salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to individual competencies, education/professional certifications, experience and performance in the role.
Compensation
The hourly rate or salary compensation range being offered for this role is $75,000-80,000.
This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
