Description
We are looking for a Lead Change Management Analyst to assist the Technology and Engineering departments in reviewing and classifying changes to the production/development environments.
The candidate will be instrumental in UKG's move to a service ownership approach for Change and Availability Management procedures.
As part of the Site Reliability Team, you will be responsible for working cross functionally to ensure that service delivery management can be done at scale via tooling and partnering with all teams delivering change. A key goal will be minimizing the adverse impacts of incidents on the business by improving risk evaluations and by helping teams adhere to change management controls all while managing their uptime service level agreements.
The candidate will analyze data models to help define the next generation change management system; will understand multiple deployment pipelines and CI/CD/Access Control tools to define interfaces to those systems for enforcing change management and availability controls.
• Manage change lifecycle and lead daily stand up meetings as assigned while
collaborating on change control requests
• Logging and filtering, Classification, Assessment, Authorization, Coordination and Evaluation of changes that affect the UKG enterprise suite of products
• Manage Service Delivery to customer(s) in order to deliver contracted Service
commitments & continual Service improvements
• Monitor Service Delivery and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), ensuring that
obligations are met, issues escalated and prioritized
• Diagnose complex problems, develop metrics to measure and manage them
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree and/or certifications (ITIL Foundations/PMP)
• 5+ years of experience in leading service operations for large and complex organization
• 5+ years of experience in program management
• Experience in risk management, controls assessment, or configuration management and frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC1/2
