As a design lead, ability to harness relationships with internal and external allies to bring the voice of our customers into our strategic initiatives, as set forth by senior leadership. Enlist data and corporate mission to campaign for real process improvements that positively impact near, medium, and long-term customer and business outcomes. Proven track record of actively sharing of the principles and deliverables associated with information architecture, interaction design, experience design, and UX research (or adjacent domain expertise) with teammates and colleagues.
Prototyping & Validation Create mid-to-high-fidelity representations of the final product that allows stakeholders and users to experience content, and test primary functionality, in a way that is similar to the final product.
UX Research Understand behavior, goals and motivations through observation techniques, task analysis, and other feedback mechanisms to improve product usability and desirability.
IA & Human Factors Develop information architecture and user interaction models, based on research and best practices, while considering constraints imposed by human, societal and technological factors.
Project Scoping Identify relevant design artifacts and deliverables with product leadership, based on resource availability and product need.
Cross Training Train colleagues in design thinking as a problem-solving philosophy to improve business processes, product offerings, and service interaction.
Thought Leadership Lead multi-disciplinary teams through the design thinking process to identify true needs and formulate divergent solutions, cataloging abstract resolutions for application to future related issues.
Team Leadership Organize, measure, and report on day-to-day design team tasks.
Required Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors, or relevant degree
