We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative for our Grand Rapids facility. CSR's at Grand Traverse Container are a liaison between the customer, production, shipping and the sales team. CSR's create detailed work orders as well as purchase orders using industry specific software, compile statistics, prepare various reports, and maintain customer files.
Strong organizational, communication and math skills are required as well the ability to think strategically and problem solve with a customer first focus. A workable knowledge of corrugated products, MS Office products and other computer software is necessary. One must have experience and knowledge of the corrugated industry and be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. Excellent phone etiquette is a must.
