This position is responsible for recruiting resources for Howmet Aerospace Whitehall Operations. Primary responsibilities will include:
Determine optimum recruitment strategies to generate, source, and maintain a pipeline of highly qualified candidates.
Partner with the hiring manager in defining the job requirements
Screen and interview for performance and cultural fit. Acts as a "match maker".
Conduct references and background screens.
Participate and represent the company at college careers fairs and local job fairs.
Provide status reports to leadership.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources Management from an accredited institution.
3 years of talent acquisition/recruiting experience within a manufacturing or staffing related environment.
Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Must be familiar with a variety of fields, functional and academic concepts, practices, and procedures.
Must be a strong negotiator with strong sales skills.
Possess a thorough understanding of sourcing strategies, be able to multi-task and able to meet deadlines.
Possess the ability to build relationships, strong follow-up skills, excellent listener, and be personable and approachable.
Strong computer skills working with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Knowledge of job boards and websites.
