GENERAL SUMMARY: Provides operational deployment and support of current and future Corporate Collaboration Technologies. Develops, designs, tests, maintains, and supports collaboration equipment and solutions. Pro-actively monitors and troubleshoots the collaboration-related hardware and software to prevent service downtime and maximize system performance. First level escalation point for collaboration service issues and implement system configuration changes. Acts as point contact for IT Service escalations for Executive leadership.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Supports emerging collaboration technologies, participates in IT Architectural discussions and designs.
Assists and supports the implementation of complex collaboration projects
Develops enterprise collaboration definition requirements, design, and operational support documentation
Provides dedicated onsite tier one support for collaboration technologies & services, provide after-hours & on-call support for the entire corporation
With supervision, coordinates and manages enterprise vendors, service providers, Facilities, and other IT service lines
Outstanding communication skills that can bridge the gap between IT and Executive leadership
Information Technology point contact for service and issue escalations
STANDARD QUALIFICATIONS:
Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field; or Related Technical Certificate
Minimum 3 Years of experience in enterprise level collaboration technologies
Recognized & Certified Collaboration Certification
Valid Driver's License
