Your day-to-day work will involve:
Performing architecture anddesign:Lead initiatives to design and architect new modern end point solutions around a customer-centric, digitally enabled business model
Engaging business partners:Help driveEndPoint modernization efforts
Selecting vendors:Help determine new vendor partners for End Point
Engaging globally:Take part in a global effort to modernize End Point processes
Prioritizing needs:Help prioritize technology needs with the End Point Team
Company mentoring:Learn our current IT systems, integrations, and processes
Continuous improvement:Consistently review processes and procedures for improvements
What You Bring
Needed skills and experience for this role include:
A Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field
A minimum of four years of professional IT and IS experience
Ability to collaborate with others to create synergy in tackling the challenges that a modernization effort will bring
Communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Systemic thinking skills and the ability to see and understand strategic direction
Understandingofbusiness processes and experience working through changes
Experience challenging norms and seeingnew ways of performing work
Ability to collaborate with business partners around the needs of IT and the business
