Job Summary The Marketing Manager leads a team of marketing specialists to drive the development and execution of consumer direct marketing strategies for the Medicare business. This position leads the development of the marketing plan and is accountable for lead generation to telesales, website, and agent distribution. Creates and collaborates with other functions to develop DRTV commercials, direct mail, Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Public Relations (PR), web and social media strategies to drive leads that convert to sales.
Manage and optimize all aspects of the process from 3rd party sourcing of lists and purchased leads, media planning and placement, lead management and nurturing, creative and offer development, and coordination with call-centers and agent channels to maximize conversion.
Results will be measured throughout the Prospecting, Lead Generation, Conversion, Enrollment and Retention process by media, including the end-to-end "waterfall" (cost per lead, cost per call, cost per conversion, cost per enrollee, lifetime value, ROI etc.)
This position will use the capabilities of the Salesforce CRM system to drive creation of a prospect, lead and conversion management and monitoring system. Provides overall database innovation to effectively manage segmentation and lists and initiates use of the CRM system for campaign development and list pulls to efficiently reach high value target segments.
Monitors key performance indicators (KPI) relative to all media placements and social media presence, and that of organizations within our competitive set. Provide monthly analytics and reporting on Direct Marketing performance and make recommendations as needed.
Coordinates Lead delivery to Agent channels and monitors conversion waterfall to optimize overall multi-channel Lead management (Direct and Agent).

Bachelor's Degree Marketing or Business preferred Required
Master's Degree Preferred
