Qualifications include:
- Fabrication experience – ability or willingness to learn how to set up dozens of different jobs each day
- Ability to use basic measurement tools and gauges
- Desire to work in a fast paced high growth environment with many opportunities to increase compensation
- Track record of excellent attendance
- Knowledge of different types of brake press tooling (preferred)
- Ability to do set ups (preferred)
- Ability to read blue prints
