Job Overview
We are currently looking for a Cabinet Builderto join our team in LPP (Laminated Products Plant)in the Holland, MI (One Haworth Center) facility on 2nd shift.
Schedule is from 3:00pm-1:30am, Monday-Thursday. Overtime is on Fridays from 3:00pm-11:00pm.
As a Cabinet Builder, you will:
Builds complex customized products to meet customers' unique specifications. Utilizes various tools to complete job requirements. Operates overhead crane.
Accesses electronic production systems to determine daily schedule and to verify accuracy of materials for each production order.
Accesses, understands and utilizes blueprints, drawings, specifications and electronic production systems for building custom products.
Inspects incoming components, parts and/or previous station's assembly work, and completed product, to ensure proper fit and function of all components; corrects or replaces unacceptable parts.
Independently builds customized final product according to customer specifications utilizing hand and power tools and overhead crane.
Performs final visual and quality inspection of product prior to shipment to ensure final product is in accordance with customer specifications.
Prepares and packages product for customer shipment, operating appropriate wrapping machinery and tools.
Enters order data into electronic production system, creates labels and stages product.
Do you have these required qualifications?
8th grade education
2 years manufacturing experience OR 1 year Haworth manufacturing experience
Ability to obtain and maintain overhead lift/hoist certification
Ability to lift/move products weighing up to 50 pounds
Ability to flex work schedule and overtime may be required including weekends and/or holidays per business demands
Ability to perform the position with or without reasonable accommodations

Ability to work independently
Ability to use basic hand, air, cordless, and/or electric tools
Ability to read and follow advanced prints, drawings, and engineering specifications
Good color perception
Strong manual dexterity
