*Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.*Proficient in the use of personal computer and mainframe programs.*Excellent telephone and general communication skills.*Excellent math skills.*Sensitivity in dealing with customer and team member conflicts.*Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively work with people in a team environment as well as various levels of the organization.*Experienced Leadership skills with emphasis on office procedures, interpersonal communications and computer skills.*Basic MS Office Programs.*Minimum 2-3 years of Sales Correspondent experience required.*Excellent product knowledge.
