Here's What You Need:
Minimum 2 years experience within the utility industry and or consutling experience working with utility clientele
Minimum 2 years of Advanced Meter Infrastructure/Smart Meter expertise working with electric grid operations
Minimum 2 years experience with analysis, design, build, test and deploying innovative solutions for Utilities that enable industry standards and processes.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Ability to commit to weekly travel (Monday - Thursday) to client locations
Bonus Points if:
You've completed at least one system implementation
You know how to improvise and adapt to lead clients and teams through change and ambiguity
You've gained the trust of your clients and partnered with them to design business process, lead design thinking workshops, develop business case, deliver agile projects, develop new operating model, manage talent and change, co-create intellectual property.
