Learn as you grow your knowledge skills to support, diagnose, analyze, research and resolve moderately complex computer incidents for internal and external customers.
Some responsibilities under moderate supervision and working as a team, perform moderately complex tasks associated with IT. Break fix computer issues, monitoring and providing first and second tier technical support to business end users on technical issues regarding computer desktop connectivity operations and networks etc. Help install and resolve technical issues, perform setups and configurations, resolve error messages on systems with minimal downtime procedures.
