Basic building maintenance – Fix items such as restroom plumbing, doors, locks. Overhead door repair – preferred.
Mechanical skills – Automotive, Equipment or Farm service and repair, basic welding skills, forklift repair.
Electrical – Basic knowledge and experience with 3 phase, industrial machine controls.
Duties – Preventive maintenance - Maintain equipment, belts, bearings and repair as needed. Maintain part inventory of spare parts.
Typical schedule is Monday through Friday 7am - 5pm
Pay range is based on experience up towards $60k a year
