*Standardize administrative global processes across Automotive IT (e.g. purchasing, headcount requests, etc.); collect and document regional processes; establish single global processes
*Support the promotion of cultural awareness through training and cross region experiences and/or projects (e.g. revITILise, e-learning, etc.) Communication
*Planning and coordination of Americas IT department meeting; post presentations on portal
*Maintain MPO content in Sharepoint (replacement of MPO eRoom)
*Maintain IT Professionals Portal Page (e.g. org charts, updates on request)
*Central point of contact and distribution for all IT communications People Development
*Coordinate & support GES activities such as communication of results, workshops, focus groups, tracking of action plans and providing updates for employee meetings
*Promote the mentoring program established by Corporate
*Promote employee career development tools and usage
*Facilitate knowledge sharing within IT
*Manage ITIL training requests for Americas
*Use Articulate to develop e-learning modules to be integrated with LMS IT Service Management
*Become a subject matter expert in ITIL (i.e. complete Intermediate ITIL trainings)
*Participate on global revITILise project teams as an MPO representative
*Process modeling and documentation in Blueworks Live Process and Standards Management
*Represent, promote and train others in Process Management, Measurements Management and Continuous Improvement
*Conduct Workshops in Process & Measurement Design
*Provide MPO services (e.g. administrational activities, support and consultancy)
*Audit, review, or assess compliance of launched processes
Bachelor's Degree required.
ITIL Foundations Certification; Intermediate coursework preferred
Minimum 3 years related IT experience; preferably in a large, global organization.
Minimum 3 years experience in leading small projects
Strong communication, negotiation, analytic, and critical thinking skills.
Ability to work collaboratively
