Analyze engineering specifications and manufacturing processes to determine standards and establish quality and reliability objectives of finished product;
Develop and operate test plans and automated testing tools;
Analyze product data to identify causes of recurring quality problems;
Perform components and supplier quality control activities;
Plan and implement supplier quality control system audits;
Manage components parts approval process with inspection correction and GD&T inspection method with coordinate measuring machine and designated equipments;
Monitor and improve quality issues for battery pack component such as electric components, frame, Housing, BMS, DCDC, BDU, electrode, powder, pouch, lead and etc.(by Molding, Press, PCB, etc); and
Manage supplier NCR, SCAR on Quality management system.
