Description: The Quality Auditor is responsible for using a sampling plan to inspect all outgoing product received from manufacturing departments for conformance to Control Plan requirements and quality standards. They are also responsible to collect lab submission parts, filling out appropriate paperwork and submitting parts to the Corporate Lab for testing. Where required, the Assembly Gage Auditor is responsible for the Gauging of Assembled and Painted parts per the designated Control Plan. In addition, they also perform Torque testing on assembled product. Senior management at ADAC Automotive demonstrates this commitment through establishing, implementing, and maintaining and environmental management system (EMS) in conformance to the ISO14001: 2004 EMS Standard. Responsibilities: Record start and stop of jobs in UltiPro. Stretch per guidelines prior to start up. Inspect outgoing product utilizing a sampling plan for conformance to Control Plan requirements and quality standards. Collect lab submission parts, fill out appropriate paperwork, and submit parts to Corporate Lab for testing. Compare first piece master parts and sign off on first piece approval sheet. Quarantine non-conforming material per the NCM procedure and control plan. Collect Assembly and Paint gage parts for all shifts of production (Assembly Gage Audit Only). Gage assembled and painted parts per Control Plan (Assembly Gauge Audit Only). Enter data into WINSPC Monitor data for Statistical Process Control Communicate with Assembly and/or Paint personnel (i.e. Assembly or Paint Manager, Cell Leader, and Assembly or Pain technician) if “out of control” or “out of spec” conditions exist. NCM product per NCM procedure. Perform Torque testing on assembled product (Assembly Gage Audi Only).
