Job Details

The Senior Administrative Assistant, under direct supervision, provides a wide variety of administrative and staff support to a department or group of professionals. Responsibilities may include information requests, generating reports, tables and charts, relaying confidential information, maintaining files and department budgets, and screening of visitors and telephone calls.

Job Duties:

1. Assists in the preparation and control of records, statistics, and reports regarding operations and personnel changes.
2. Administers programs, projects, general and/or specific processes and policies to the operating unit served.
3. Serves as an administrative liaison with others within or outside the company regarding administrative issues related to purchasing, personnel, facilities and operations.
4. Composes memos, researches and creates presentations as necessary.
5. Coordinates district meetings and events.
6. Post and balance customer payments in enQuesta according to proper cash handling procedures.
7. Process new service applications including the creation of customer accounts as needed.
8. Processes necessary operations paperwork within division and to corporate office.

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma, Associates Degree in Business and other related area, preferred.
• Minimum of 2-4 years of related experience.
• Good working knowledge of various personal computer business software applications presently used by the company.

• Supports the corporate safety program.
• Work is performed primarily in a standard office environment. Work involves sitting at a desk and operating personal computer equipment for extended periods of time. Duties may also involve occasional bending, stooping and lifting of up to 25 lbs. unassisted. Occasional travel to various worksites may also be required, depending on assignment.
