Responsible for onboarding and tracking of all Treasury products and services. Develop and maintain process and procedures pertaining to Treasury Management. Work with Commercial Lenders, Treasury Management Officers, and branches to resolve client issues in a timely manner. Maintain tracking of risk factors, industry information, and security violations to protect the bank; areas of concern shall be addressed with the SVP Digital Services immediately.
