RobRoy Enclosures in Belding has openings for 2nd and 3rd shift Press Operators.

What you can expect from us?

• Great place to learn, we provide you with a trainer for 3-4 weeks giving you time to learn the job.  Training is on 1st shift.
• We believe in rewarding you.  Wages start at $16.33.  When you move to 2nd or 3rd shift you are eligible for a shift premium of .50/hr on 2nd shift and .75/hr on 3rd shift.  Performance review every 90 days for the 1st year.  With good quality, productivity and teamwork in approximately one year you will be making $18.33/hour

What we need from you:

• To care about what you do and produce excellent products that meet and exceed customer expectations and to do this in a safe way.
• To be reliable-be here every day to support the customer and your team
• Be a good communicator with your team
• To have a GED or High School Diploma
• Ability to work in a hot environment.  Typically about 85 degrees F.  Can be 100+ F during the really hot days of the summer
• To measure and weigh material accurately
• Accurately count and to have a very high attention to detail
• Self manage your performance
• To do repetitive work and lift up to 25 pounds regularly and 50 pounds occasionally.
