Plans, organizes and directs the development, implementation and management of Enterprise Information Management (EIM) systems and services within the Spectrum Health West Michigan entity, with a focus on outcomes-driven continuous improvement. Accountable for the discovery, acquisition, management, retainment and succession of talent. Ensures alignment of Information Services delivery to the stated strategy, direction and priorities given by the SVP of Information Services (IS) to meet current and future technology needs, and to support the business goals and objectives of the health system. Responsible for the development of goals, development and management of the budget, provision of quality services, and collaboration with other team members to continually improve services and support the management team. Plays a key role in planning and scoping projects and is a business partner in aligning data and analytics needed to support a nationally recognized care delivery system. Accountable for all key performance indicators, customer satisfaction, service delivery and solution delivery for their area(s). Communicates strategies, tactics, progress and key measures to customers and organizational leadership and aids in development and delivery of their own key performance measures. Works in collaboration with other Information Services leaders and business partners to develop policies and procedures that support the department and provision of quality services throughout the organization.
Education - Bachelor's Degree
Experience - 7 years of experience typically gained through skills/knowledge/abilities in in project/people leadership
Education - Master's Degree
Experience - 9 years of experience in project/people leadership Experience in managing multiple, large cross-functional teams and/or projects, and influencing senior-level management and key stakeholders
