Job Description: Food Services Dishwasher - Peckham Inc.
Wage: $9.65 - $10.00 per hour
Location: 3510 Capital City Blvd. Lansing, MI 48906
Hours: 9:00a - 2:00p (M-F)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
Perform all dish washing duties. These duties include; bringing dirty dishes back into the wash area, separating the dishes, spraying off the food and getting the dishes ready for the dishwasher.
This person is responsible to see that the dishes are clean and the area is kept clean of food and other debris.- Daily This person will assist in putting away the clean dishes if time permits. - Daily
Assist others in collecting soiled dishes from conference rooms if needed.
Inform the Food Service Team Leader or available kitchen staff if there is a problem with the dish washing unit.
Inform the Food Service Team Leader or available kitchen staff if detergents are low and allow ample time to order. Assist with other duties in the kitchen if required.
Establish a systematic cleaning schedule of the dish tank area which includes adequate quality control checks & temperature tests required by the health department. - Monthly
Maintain a safe and clean work environment - Daily
Promote Peckham's vision, values, and services to all customers and stakeholders - Daily
Assist in maintaining organization wide quality standards - Daily
Other duties may be assigned.
