What you'll be able to do:
Responsible for software development and support of the applications used to manage incentive programs, provide incentive information to dealers and consumers, process and validate incentive claims.
Work with the Integration Team Lead, Product Owner and Senior Product Designers to define and manage projects across multiple product teams.
Focus on application management and support of the Vincent Suite of Applications.
Present solution options to customer, evaluating the pros and cons of declarative configuration against code and customization
Perform impact analysis for scope change requests, document changes to requirements, configuration, and data mapping
Serve as the application support SPOC
Manage production user-ids
Serve as the audit SPOC
Participate in / facilitate discussions to discover solutions, as well as capturing and transforming business and technology requirements into high-quality User Stories and Acceptance criteria
Works with the development team to ensure that they understand the requirements.
Decomposition of high-level information into details; abstracting low-level information; distinguishing requests vs needs; distinguishing requirements vs solutions.
Define and create epics, features, write stories and create other artifacts to support development goals in collaboration with project management, development managers, and client partners
Lead client sessions to gather, define, and document business requirements
Demonstrate solution functionality to business partners as needed.
The minimum requirements we seek:

10+ years of technology consulting or other relevant industry experience (Minimum of 1 years in an Agile environment)
Proficient with Agile Lifecycle Management tools (e.g. Rally, etc.)
Must work well in a team environment
Knowledge and familiarity with JAVA and/or mainframe applications
Effectively communicate business requirements and partner expectations to team members in a timely and clear fashion
Proactively handle changes in project scope, identify potential issues, and devise contingency plans. React to project changes and adjustments with flexibility and efficiency
Solid understanding of business and technical processes to formulate and develop new and modified business information processing systems
Experience eliciting and detailing functional, technical and performance requirements
Develop implementation estimates and plans for phases of the delivery lifecycle, including development, testing, training, communication, deployment, and post-production support
Document requirements in the form of use cases
Design and participate in end-user acceptance testing
