*Basic Qualifications: *
Education - Associate's Degree or equivalent in Nursing Bachelor's Degree in of Science in Nursing must be obtained within 4 years for those who start in this RN role on or after January 1, 2017 Bachelor's Degree in of Science in Nursing must be obtained within 7 years for those who start in this RN role between February 1, 2013 and December 31, 2016
Experience - Successful completion of a competency-based orientation program
Licenses - Registered Nurse (RN) State of Michigan Upon Hire
Basic Life Support (BLS) 90 Days
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) 90 Days
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) 90 Days
National Institute of Health Stroke Scale Certification (NIH) 60 Days
