• Perform routine and repetitive work while maintaining a high standard of quality and quantity • Setup and operate a variety of equipment needed to assemble components to produce finished products • Setup and operate vibraseal equipment and make simple adjustments to maintain quality specifications • Remove machine burrs from parts using hand deburring tools • Use bench type power and hand tools, ultrasonic welding equipment, simple testing devices and quality gauges • Package finished parts using established manual methods and/or packaging machines • Complete and maintain applicable documentation • Recognize defective or damaged parts, incorrect sizes, faulty workmanship, etc. with or without the use of visual aids • Notify Quality of any out of spec parts • Complete job duties through the use of standardized work • Train, instruct and assist trainees throughout the training period • Complete all daily 5S duties • Perform these and all other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Management
• All team members are expected to keep their work area clean, organized and maintain a high level of safety and quality • Ability to communicate effectively with other team members, including between shifts • Ability to proceed on work assignments with minimum supervision or assistance • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Ability to work within High Performance Team (HPT) guidelines • Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language, including spelling, grammar and composition • Requires basic computer skills • Ability to read and interpret required paperwork with high degree of accuracy • Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time • Must be able to bend and twist frequently, squat occasionally • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. frequently and up to 55 lbs. rarely
• High School Diploma or Equivalency

Pay, Benefits, Work Schedule
The rate range for this job is $15.20 to $16.00 per hour. Parker offers a full range of benefits including medical, dental, vision and life insurance, pension, paid vacation and holidays, 401K with Company match and profit sharing. This is a 3rd shift position with an 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. schedule. Willingness to work overtime is required
