Under direct supervision, assists in the resolution of system issues and problem resolution through research and fact-finding. Most focus is on researching and data mining to resolve configuration issues, and supporting configuration needs for small and large projects. The Business Systems Analyst is responsible for planning and directing analysis of complex processes to be enhanced through the use of automated systems and technology. This requires strong relationship building with external departments to document requirements and build and/or revise system processes as necessary.
Education - Associate's Degree or equivalent in /Technical school or equivalent
Education - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
Experience - 2 years of experience typically gained through skills/knowledge/abilities in in the field Experience in systems development lifecycle, including requirements gathering and design Background in health care, sciences or information systems
