We are currently looking for an America's Finance Director to join our team in Holland, MI.
As an America's Finance Director, you will:
Be an inspirational leader responsible for all aspects of financial management for the Haworth America's Sector, including partnering with business leadership related to strategy, business planning, forecasting, results analysis, growth and profitability management. Guide financial reporting and business analysis designed to improve informed strategic decision making, manage the results of the organization to exceed performance expectations, including proactive engagement with Sales, Distribution, Manufacturing, Marketing, Engineering, IT and all other functional areas as a part of overseeing the management of the Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow . Lead and motivate a powerful team of individuals that will work with you as a partner with the business operations to outperform sector objectives.
Do you have these required qualifications?
•Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance.
•15 years experience with progressively expanding duties in variety of business finance or accounting areas, including 5 years supervisory experience.
•Current and continuing right to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Do you have these preferred qualifications?
•Masters in Business Administration (MBA) degree preferred.
•Certified Management Accountant (CMA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred.
•Work experience at a manufacturing company preferred.
Ideally, you have also demonstrated the following:
•Strong interpersonal skills.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Good presentation skills.
•Strong leadership, organizational, and collaboration skills.
•Strong accounting, analysis, problem-solving, and data-gathering skills.
•Knowledge of and experience with automated financial systems essentials for success.
•Ability to work under minimal supervision and handle multiple priorities concurrently.
•Ability to occasionally travel overnight away from corporate offices, including internationally.
