Summary
Assigned a sub-set of assets with alignment to the corresponding Maintenance Shop. Responsible for driving shop performance through defect elimination to maximize asset availability and cost efficiency.
Essential Functions
- Monitors, reports, and responds to defined Key Process Indicators.
- Drives shop Continuous Improvement efforts and leads initiatives to deliver objectives.
- Verifies the effectiveness of shop performed preventative maintenance. Reviews technical findings and adjusts long-term plans accordingly.
- Owns or is consulted for shop standard maintenance procedures.
- Provides support and serves as subject matter expert for assigned asset class.
- Manages reliability program for assigned asset class.
- Lead root cause analysis investigations.
- Knowledge of the following equipment:
- Analog control valves
- Pressure, temperature, pH, flow and density measurement
- Safety Interlock Systems
- Weigh cells and scales
- Pneumatic block valves
- Emerson AMS Suite
Additional Duties/Responsibilities
- Member of the Emergency Management Team as assigned.
