Delta College is seeking faculty members committed to the college’s philosophy that education serves the greater good by providing students access to a better life. - Have availability to work evenings, weekends, and spring/summer.

Required Qualifications |
- Associate’s degree in Surgical Technology.
- Graduate of an education program in surgical technology accredited by a nationally
recognized programmatic accreditation agency.
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST).
- Minimum total of five years of experience, either in the operating room scrub role or as an
instructor in surgical technology, or a combination of both, within the past ten years
- Health-related Bachelor’s degree.
- Certified Surgical Assistant (CSA) or Certified Surgical First Assistant (CSFA).
- Minimum of two years full-time equivalency work experience (4000 hours).
- Possess proficiency in instructional methodology, curriculum design, and program planning.
- Experience/training as an educator.
- Current or obtainable BLS Certification.
- Demonstrated commitment to collegiality.
