Keep premises of retail building clean and in orderly condition. Essential duties and responsibilities include the following and other duties may be assigned.
* Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, marble surfaces and trim
* Cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, stairways and locker rooms and other work areas.
* Dust furniture and equipment
* Polish metalwork
* Wash walls, ceilings, and woodwork
* Wash windows, door panels and sills
* Emtpy wastebaskets and trash receptacles
* Transport trash and waste to disposal area

No prior experience or training.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients and other employees of the organization.
Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume and distance.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one or two-step instructions. Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
