About the role
The Senior Manager Business Excellence is in charge of the coordination, prioritization, and delivery of Lean projects, total cost of ownership (TCO) programs, trainings, technology definition and deployment of initiatives to implement the best-in-class target operating model, within their allocated industry vertical and in line with company strategy, commitments and goals.
The Senior Manager Business Excellence also plays an active role in the application of the Adecco Lean Toolbox to the business, for continuous business improvement and related trainings to improve the business results in line with agreed KPI.
By aligning closely to the Industry Vertical VP, the Senior Manager Business Excellence will be able to understand business needs, prioritize actions to address the needs (typically large, complex, and/or ambiguous business problems) and drive process efficiency through Lean and other continuous process improvement tools and methodologies, in close collaboration with the SME's in the Lean Team.What you'll be doing
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Project Management
Responsible for the overall coordination, implementation and control of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals
Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, baselines, tasks and deliverables
Lead the planning and implementation of projects
Provide direction and support to cross-functional teams
Set-up and improve KPIs dashboards and reporting in close collaboration to industry vertical team
Facilitate meetings and workshops
Constantly monitor and report on progress of the projects within vertical to all stakeholders
Support change management in segmenting and deploying new technologies within vertical
Lean Methodologies Implementation
Responsible for the implementation and rollout of Lean methods, tools and standards, as part of Adecco's Lean Toolbox, in line with business priorities
Responsible for improving processes, teaching Lean tools/methods and instilling Lean culture/practices within the workplaces
Responsible for leading multiple Lean implementations and TCO programs within the allocated industry vertical
Assess current practices and process performance within the industry vertical
Articulate the problem, baseline current state, analyze root cause, recommend improvements, and monitor results
Improving local and national processes, conducting Lean assignment within Client organization or Adecco
Create process documentation
Deliver Lean trainings to our local teams and appropriate materials
Participate in special projects and performs other duties as assignedAbout you
Bachelor's degree required and 3 to 5 years' experience in a related field.
Minimum of 4 years in a management role with focus in continuous improvement conceptualization, training development, implementation and delivery required.
Green Belt LSS Certification required
Black Belt LSS Certification highly recommended
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS:
Lean6Sigma tools/knowledge required
Strong analytics and organizational skills required
Capable of handling multiple tasks, problem resolution, and prioritization
High energy & results-driven, solutions-oriented attitude
Problem-solver by seeking collaboration and teamwork
Accuracy and attention to detail
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to communicate appropriately at all levels of the organization
Strong team player with ability to quickly establish effective working relationships with key stakeholders
