This exempt position for the Island Resort & Casino will oversee the delivery of all customer service functions in VIP Services and Golf Stay & Play packages.
Minimum 4 years proven Marketing or Sales experience with no less than 2 years consecutive Supervisory experience within the last 5 years OR 4 years proven consecutive Management experience within the last 5 years.
Must have the ability to handle a stressful, fast paced environment. Must be able to resolve situations as they present themselves and be able to think quickly to resolve them with good judgement. Must be able to prioritize and handle several tasks at one time with constant interruptions and deadlines. Must have excellent interpersonal communication skills. Must have the ability to lead by example with superior customer service. Must be available to work any day/shift, holiday or weekend.
