Job Location: Muskegon, MI
Under the direct supervision of the Quality and Informatics Director, the Quality Coordinator is responsible for managing aspects of various quality measures/initiatives to ensure the delivery of quality health care through obtaining, recording/reporting essential data, coordinates patient outreach to close gaps in care, coordinates payer incentives, assists in population health management activities, and provides administrative support as needed.
Position Qualifications:
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Able to use Practice Management and Electronic Health Record computer systems; Allscripts preferred
- Accurate and proficient in data entry and the use of Excel spreadsheets
- Able to utilize various registry tools for reporting
- Possess good organizational, problem solving, decision making, and communication (oral and written) skills
- Has the ability to work independently and handle difficult situations
- Ability to adapt to and manage change
