Requirements and Qualifications:
Requires an Associate's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Aviation Maintenance, Electrical Technology, Automotive Technology, Machine Repair or related field; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Requires the ability to work independently and to interact professionally with employees at all levels of the organization.
Requires 2 years of experience facilitating training to adults in a manufacturing, industrial, or community college level environment.
Requires 2 years of experience writing and developing courses and assessments for training purposes.
Requires the ability to calculate percentages to score class assessments.
Requires demonstrated mechanical ability in the use of a variety of shop tools, mechanical systems knowledge (steam, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical) to design and build simulators to be used to teach a non-technical audience technical content.
Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Requires excellent presentation, facilitation and teaching skills
Requires the ability to recognize problems root cause and contribute appropriate innovative solutions.
Requires 3 years of experience with word processing and presentation software, prefer MS Word and PowerPoint.
Requires a valid driver’s license and favorable motor vehicle report.
Requires the ability to obtain and maintain a passport.
Requires the ability to travel up to 50% of the time both domestically and/or internationally.
Bilingual fluency in Spanish or Portuguese preferred.
Prefer experience in foodservice container products, paper forming (cups, plates, containers) or thermoforming.
Prefer experience with spreadsheet, page layout and photo editing software; MS Excel a plus.
Prefer Lotus Notes experience.
