General Summary
The Real Estate Asset Management Analyst is responsible for managing real estate assets and/or negotiating real estate transactions with 3rd parties. Transactions assignments and responsibilities may include but are not limited to; management of wind and solar interests including; management of production payments and contractual obligations, damage and settlement payments, compiling wind turbine data, monitoring mortgage foreclosures. In addition, the Analyst may be responsible for negotiation and management of oil and gas leases, release of surface rights, royalty payments, management of mineral rights obligations and document management. This individual will serve as the primary interface between the external customer and internal stakeholders and is responsible for negotiating real estate transaction terms and conditions that consider current and future operational and business needs. This individual will work closely with third parties including individuals, business entities and governmental agencies.
The Real Estate Asset Management Analyst position works independently with minimal supervision supporting a large number of highly complex transactions, of major scope and importance, and is given wide latitude for independent action and decision making.

Requirements/Qualifications
At least 2 years of applicable experience and a Bachelor's degree in an applicable field.
Less than a Bachelor's degree may be acceptable if accompanied by extensive Company or industry experience in positions that demonstrate required abilities and performance (10+ years)
