The Product Marketing Manager role has expanded responsibility following the roll out of the Retail Roadmap. This role is responsible for the marketing strategy, communication plans, communication effectiveness and campaign management required to achieve product goals. We have centralized all of the marketing functions from the product teams into the Product Marketing Strategy team. This role is now directly responsible for the strategy, creative and production of product marketing campaigns; a function that was either partially or entirely shared with 3rd party agencies.
Responsibilities:
Create and execute the go-to-market strategies that include an interaction strategy and campaign management (expanded to include the work historically managed by Program Managers and 3rd party agencies).
Create the product positioning by assessing the competitive landscape and defining the products' differentiated value propositions. Participate in the development of products' attributes and pricing.
Partner with product owner, sales team, and Experience Design to execute marketing plans and design the optimal customer experience with the product and company that achieve business goals.
Develop success measurement strategy to determine marketing attribution and conversion targets.
Partner with product owners to influence product pricing and bundling strategies, as well as plan new product launches and manage the cross-functional implementation of those launches.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
7+ years' experience in marketing, strategy, consulting, or communications roles.
